Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose your piece, add it to your bag and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible at jamelle.support@gmail.com. We can only change or cancel an order that has not yet been prepared for dispatch. If your order has already shipped, you can still use your 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Returns page).
When will I receive my order?
Each order is prepared after purchase. Delivery within the EU takes 5 to 14 business days in total, and shipping is free on all EU orders. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with any of the payment methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Are there any additional charges?
All prices are shown in euro and are final: no additional charges are added at checkout, and shipping within the EU is free.
Materials and care
What are your pieces made of?
All our jewelry is made of stainless steel, in a silver-tone or gold-tone finish. The colour, finish and any details, such as zircon stones, are listed on each product page.
Are your pieces made of precious metal?
No. Our pieces are stainless steel. Gold-tone pieces have a gold-tone finish on stainless steel, and silver-tone pieces show the natural colour of the steel.
How do I care for my jewelry?
- Remove your pieces before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.
- Avoid contact with perfume, creams and household chemicals.
- Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store each piece separately, in a dry place, ideally in its pouch.
Coloured finishes can gradually wear with use; following these tips helps your pieces stay beautiful for longer.
What material is your jewelry made of?
Material: stainless steel. Stainless steel contains nickel bound in the alloy; if you have a known nickel allergy, please consult a dermatologist before wearing.
