JAMÈLLE: terms of service

These terms govern purchases from JAMÈLLE (commercial name of Joi Max Orefice) through jamelle.eu.
Products and orders
We sell stainless steel earrings, necklaces and bracelets online. Product descriptions, prices, availability and order details are shown on the store. An order is accepted when we confirm it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and are final, and applicable charges are shown at checkout. Payments are handled through Shopify Payments and the other methods made available at checkout.
Delivery
We offer free shipping across the 27 EU Member States. Delivery takes 5 to 14 business days, because each order is prepared after purchase. Actual times may vary due to the carrier, destination, peak periods, weather or events outside our reasonable control.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, as described in our Refund policy. Contact jamelle.support@gmail.com by email before sending a return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Consumers also have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Belgian Code of Economic Law and the applicable EU consumer rules.
Governing law and disputes
Belgian law applies, including the Belgian Code of Economic Law and the applicable EU consumer rules, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence. The competent courts of Brussels have jurisdiction; consumers may also bring proceedings before the courts available under mandatory consumer protection rules, including the courts of their place of residence where applicable.
