Returns and right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person you designate, receive the goods, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw
Simply let us know clearly that you wish to withdraw, in one of these ways:

It is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Returning your item
Once you have told us that you wish to withdraw, we will email you the return address and instructions. Please always use the return address we send you, not the sender address shown on the parcel, so that we can match your return to your order.
Please send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (you bear the direct cost of returning the item), unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. We recommend a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage. We kindly ask you to return the piece in its original packaging. You are only responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if any), within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of having sent it, whichever comes first.

Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU law and the Belgian Code of Economic Law. If your piece arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact us at jamelle.support@gmail.com with your order number and some photos, and we will make it right free of charge, in line with your legal rights. Letting us know as soon as possible after delivery (ideally within 48 hours for damage in transit) helps us resolve it quickly; this does not limit your legal rights.
